This is our representation of a 18 month to 3 year old baby. At this stage the child can say dozens of words and can begin to pair words together. Closer to the age of 3, the child aquires more grammatical knowledge and can use telegraphic speech to get their point across. By the end of age 3 the child can have a vocabulary of up to 5,000 words.
